The City of Cape Town, every second year, commissions an “Employee Engagement Survey”.
This helps the Human Resources Dept. identify key issues being faced by their workforce.
For the production, MIP devised a News Room creative concept. Multiple cameras, autocue monitors and studio set was built
for the production. The concept also included the use of a news anchorwoman and field reporter. The video was then
distributed to its 25 000 strong work force to give feedback on the survey results. (Sample portion of the video)
