CCT – Council Refurbishment Units Project

The City of Cape Town is upgrading its large portfolio of Council Rental Unit homes, based in areas such as Uitsig, Hanover Park, and Langa.  This video was produced to inform communities about the processes at play during the refurbishment of their Council accommodation.
